What will you do?Demonstrate insights into our customers and how our capabilities address their business-critical needsPosition campaigns with a ?customer-first? point of viewCollaborate with our global marketing, regional marketing and sales teams, on marketing program development and implementationDevelop and deliver the regional marketing strategy & plan; analyze marketing performance and adjust campaigns to deliver against incremental revenue goals, accelerating demand in the EMEA regionSuccessfully launch New Product Introductions (NPIs) to direct customers and partners to achieve revenue targets, aligning with product management and commercial managersEnable our sales channels (direct and channel partners) by providing impactful marketing, tools and training to achieve financial and campaign goalsRegularly interact with senior leadership and perform detailed analysis & reporting around business performance, customers, markets and segmentsLead the regional portfolio tasks for our Microarray platform, collaborating with Commercial and Global teamsBe responsible for the marketing budget, ensuring marketing activities achieve expectationsWho we are looking for:A Degree in a Life Science, with in-depth knowledge of Genomics or related fields (essential)A Marketing qualification or direct experience building & executing Marketing campaigns (essential)Extensive Genotyping and/or Predictive Genomics marketing or commercial experience, with knowledge of competitors, products and customer needs (essential)Proven ability to efficiently implement marketing / sales plans to drive revenue growthExperience with Digital Marketing campaign development & deployment (preferred)Fluent in English (essential); additional European languages a plusAble to work in cross-functional teams and develop strong working relationships within a matrix organisation to achieve goalsImpactful communication, presentation and influencing skillsAnalytical skillsWilling and able to travel (up to 25% per annum) in EMEA region and occasionally WorldwideWhat?s in it for you:Excellent career progression opportunities with a large and growing global employerCompetitive salary, plus annual incentive bonusFull benefits package (specifics dependent on country of hire)About us:Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is the world leader in serving science, with annual revenue exceeding $25 billion.
