That?s where you come in.We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented UX writer who can convey complex and technical ideas in a clear, concise, and consistent way. The UX writer is responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy across multiple platforms and mediums. You'll work closely with a talented and growing design organisation in a fast-paced startup environment to drive our content strategy. The UX writer will collaborate with a cross-functional group of designers, product managers, marketers, and engineers to develop easy-to-understand language for business users.What you'll be doing: Write user interface copy for both Web and mobile products Establish, formalise, document, and enforce content creation and review process Help define the voice of Symphony and act as both gatekeeper and evangelist Maintain style guide and terminology lists Strategise on messaging across Web and mobile Work with marketing on messaging and brand Your experience and background: Industry experience and a passion for writing UI content for Web and mobile productsPortfolio of successful product and writing workStrong verbal and written communicationsAble to work closely with UX and product teamsIncorporates, iterates and improves user experiences in review sprint cyclesDemonstrated ability to work effectively with remote partners and distributed teamsA natural problem solver who loves a good challengeExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and remoteComfortable with change and can adapt in a dynamic environment, working with a mix of in-person and fully-remote partnersKnowledge of Agile and UX fundamentalsBachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in English, Communications, HCI, or a related field As a bonus (although not required) it would be great if you had: Comfortable delivering all aspects of design ? from concept to executionUX industry tools experience - FIGMA, Sketch is a plusFamiliarity with financial services workflows and user experienceExperience with Atlassian tools What you get in return: Competitive salaryA bonus planRegional specific competitive benefits (vary based on location)Build your own Benefits (BYOB) perkFully stocked kitchen and catered or reimbursed lunchesMany other fun and exciting benefits and activities!
